Agent Kits

Your coding agent, on one prepaid key.

8 maintained tools, each with the exact settings to point it at Relaykit: base URL, key and model ids that we have checked against the gateway. Pick yours, paste, run one test.

  1. 01

    Create a key

    In the console, one per tool or project, with a spend limit if you like. Open keys

  2. 02

    Paste the config

    Copy the block for your tool below. Replace sk-your-key-here with your key.

  3. 03

    Run the check

    Each kit ends with a one-line test. The request shows up in your usage log.

claude
# then type /status: the base URL line should show https://api.oneaiapikey.com
  • Try it in this terminal: No /v1 on the base URL: Claude Code appends /v1/messages itself. Then run claude from the same terminal.
  • ~/.claude/settings.json: Merge the env keys into an existing file. Use the user-level file, never a project file that is committed to git.

Zed

A fast, native code editor. Its Agent Panel can use any OpenAI-compatible provider.

Protocol
OpenAI-compatible
Models
All 11 models, defaultclaude-sonnet-5
Where it goes
language_models.openai_compatible in Zed’s settings.json.
{
  "language_models": {
    "openai_compatible": {
      "Relaykit": {
        "api_url": "https://api.oneaiapikey.com/v1",
        "available_models": [
          {
            "name": "claude-sonnet-5",
            "display_name": "Claude Sonnet 5",
            "max_tokens": 128000,

        ]
      }
    }
  }
}
# add to ~/.bashrc or ~/.zshrc to keep it
export RELAYKIT_API_KEY="sk-your-key-here"
  • Zed settings.json: max_tokens is a conservative context budget; raise it if you know the model’s limit.
  • Key: Or paste the key in the Agent Panel settings. Zed reads RELAYKIT_API_KEY when it is launched from that shell.

Before a long session

Give each agent its own key and a spend limit.

Agents can loop. A per-key credit cap turns a runaway session into a stopped key instead of an empty balance, and the usage log shows which tool spent what.
