Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Relaykit ("Relaykit", "we", "us"). They apply to this website, the customer console at oneaiapikey.com/console, and the application programming interface available at https://api.oneaiapikey.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, buying credits or sending a request to the API, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
The service
Relaykit is an independent API platform. We provide a single OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible interface that routes your requests to large language models operated by third-party providers ("Upstream Providers"). We do not develop or train these models. Model availability, names, capabilities and context limits are listed on our models page and may change as Upstream Providers change their offerings.
Relaykit is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Zhipu AI or any other model provider. Model and product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the models you can access.
Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, to create an account or buy credits.
- You must provide accurate registration information, including a working email address, and keep it up to date.
- One person or organisation may not open multiple accounts to obtain additional trials or promotional credit, or to evade limits or enforcement.
- You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions or restricted-party list, or if an Upstream Provider does not permit access from your location.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by anyone you share access with.
API keys & security
API keys are credentials. Every request made with your key is charged to your balance, whether or not you authorised it. Keep keys out of public repositories, client-side code and shared screenshots. If you believe a key is exposed, revoke it on the API keys page of the console immediately and email support@relaykit.dev. We are not responsible for usage made with a key you leaked, but we will review reports of compromise in good faith.
You may not sell, rent, publish or otherwise distribute API keys or access to your account to third parties, except as permitted in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Prepaid credits & payment
- Prepaid only. The Service works on a prepaid balance. One credit equals one US dollar ($1) of usage at the per-model rates published on our pricing and models pages at the time of each request.
- Metering. Each request deducts its cost based on the input, output and, where applicable, cached tokens counted for that request, as recorded in your usage log. Token counts are determined by the model's tokenizer as reported by the Upstream Provider or our gateway.
- Failed and partial requests. Requests that fail before any tokens are generated are not charged. If a request is interrupted after tokens have been generated (for example, a client timeout or a dropped connection on a non-streaming request), the tokens already processed may be charged.
- Minimum deposit. New accounts start with a $0 balance. Models, including free models and promotions, can be used once your account has paid at least $3 in total, and each top-up is at least $3.
- Zero balance. When your balance cannot cover a request, the API returns an error until you top up. You cannot run up a debt with us.
- Payments. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You authorise us and our processor to charge your chosen payment method for the credit pack you select. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may be subject to taxes, currency conversion or bank fees charged by your provider.
- No cash value. Credits are a prepaid right to use the Service. They are not a currency, deposit, stored-value instrument or security, carry no interest, and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as described in our Refund Policy.
- Expiry. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open and in good standing. If we discontinue the Service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused purchased credit as described in the Refund Policy.
- Errors. If we discover a billing or metering error, we will correct your balance. Tell us about suspected errors within 60 days of the request concerned.
Minimum deposit, trial & promotions
There is no free sign-up credit. When monthly plans are available, new accounts may buy a one-time first-month trial: $3 paid once by card for the first month of the Pro plan, which does not renew. The trial is limited to one per person, organisation, device or payment method. Promotional credit, where we offer it, has no cash value; is not refundable; may be limited to certain models or rate limits; and may be withdrawn if we detect duplicate accounts, automated signups or abuse. Free models and promotions are available only to accounts that have paid at least $3. We may change or end the trial offer or any promotion at any time.
Pricing changes
Upstream Providers change their prices and models, so our per-model rates can change. Rate changes apply to requests made after the new rate is published on our website; they never change the cost of requests already completed. Where a change increases the rate of a model, we will try to give advance notice on the website or by email, but we may need to apply an Upstream Provider's change at short notice. Your existing balance remains valid at the dollar value it represents.
Availability, no SLA
We work to keep the Service fast and reliable, but we do not offer a service level agreement or guarantee any particular uptime, latency, throughput or model availability. The Service depends on Upstream Providers, networks and infrastructure we do not control. Models may be rate limited, degraded, changed, deprecated or removed. We may perform maintenance, apply rate limits and change features at any time. For long outputs, use streaming ("stream": true); non-streaming requests that stay idle for about 100 seconds may be closed by intermediate proxies. Check the status page for current availability.
Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. In particular you may not use the Service to create unlawful, harmful or abusive content, attack or overload systems, circumvent safety measures or limits, or extract model weights or training data. We may apply automated and manual checks to detect abuse.
Upstream model providers
Your requests are processed by Upstream Providers. By using a model you also agree to comply with the usage policies that the relevant Upstream Provider applies to that model, including restrictions on prohibited content, high-risk use cases and model output use. An Upstream Provider's own safety systems may refuse, filter or modify a request or response. We may share information about a request with an Upstream Provider where required by its terms or by law, or to investigate abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your content & outputs
- Ownership. As between you and us, you keep any rights you have in the prompts, files and other inputs you send ("Inputs"), and, to the extent permitted by law and the Upstream Provider's terms, you own the model outputs you receive ("Outputs").
- Licence to operate. You grant us a limited licence to transmit, process and temporarily store Inputs and Outputs only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, and to comply with law.
- No training. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train machine-learning models.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for your Inputs, for having the rights to send them, and for how you use Outputs. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or similar to outputs given to other users. Review them before relying on them, especially for code, legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions.
Our intellectual property
The Service, website, documentation, brand and software (other than open-source components and third-party models) belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service under these Terms. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party software such as coding tools, SDKs, payment processors and the models themselves. Your use of third-party tools is governed by their own terms. Our setup guides are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party products.
Suspension & termination
- You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@relaykit.dev.
- We may suspend or terminate your access, revoke keys, or withhold promotional credit, immediately and without notice, if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, created risk or legal exposure for us, other users or an Upstream Provider, used fraudulent payment, or if required by law or by an Upstream Provider.
- If we terminate your account for convenience and not because of your breach, we will refund unused purchased credit. If we terminate for breach, fraud or abuse, unused credit may be forfeited where the law allows.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law) survive.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relaykit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising from or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Relaykit against third-party claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that the law of your country of residence gives you. Before filing a claim, please contact us at legal@relaykit.dev so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, the law or Upstream Provider policies change. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the console before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
General
- These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including Upstream Provider outages.
- We may send you notices by email to your account address or by posting in the console.
